Everfield buys and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Everfield Summit is an annual meeting for business owners to come together and connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas.

A unique look for a new year

Using the brand's existing use of circles, we created a new logo that still felt like its own unique extension to the current Everfield brand. Playing with the theme of connection, I used strokes to illustrate a visual relationship between two or more shapes. All the circles sit on a grid, creating a little bit of order to the sporadic connection. This treatment is also applied to the logo, which exists in a few different formats depending on where it will be used.

A warm welcome

The team had to work around certain limitations in terms of event decorations. The items had to be easily removable and transported, as the conference was going to be held in a different country than Everfield HQ, and several other events were being held at the same venue. We designed large and distinctive banners that would be easily stored and moved, providing a distinctive impact without too much inconvenience. Everfield Summit guests also had a unique branded nametag.

Connect and collaborate

As part of the conference assets, I also developed and provided a customizable deck template all speakers would be able to use for their own sessions and workshops. In order to ensure guests knew what to expect, I also designed a printed agenda of the week's events, as well as LinkedIn post templates for the team to share with their network what sessions they would be leading or attending.
